"The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. We preferred breakfast when it was in the main property the kids were disappointed the pancakes had changed but the chocolates and cookies and milk at bedtime and gifts in the room made up for this. We would throughly recommend for a five star experience we just hope on our next visit the food is a little better. It was Christmas and very busy so that might explain it in part. Thank you to all the staff who literally enhance the experience in every way. "

"Beautiful and close to Heathrow, the perfect place to stay before departing for New York between London and the U.S. I absolutely loved the grounds and the gardens, even in the winter. The wood and detailing of the manor were lovely, and the wood gireplaces and Christmas decor was so perfect."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful cooked breakfast and service. Joban, Habiba and Magda made our stay so pleasant. All 3 ladies went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We travel a lot and let me say you are lucky to have these ladies employed. We have never had such personal care in any country. If I could take them with me during all our travels i would! Please reward them, they definitely deserve it!"
