"H4 is so well located. Within walking distance of S bahn, U bahn, trams and buses. You cannot fault its location. Within a eight minute walk of the TV tower. The room was clean, modern, and bed comfortable. Wide choice at breakfast. The only fault, and I'll be honest and open, quite a big one for us. My husband and i were being intimate and in walks someone from house keeping asking if our mini bar was fully stocked. Ummm hello...get out. When we complained to reception her initial response was "how much did he see?" Are you joking? I've never felt so embarrassed. Eventually we were given a half hearted apology but told to ensure to put the do not disturb sign on the door in future. "Lovely hotel, perfect for a short city break, within walking distance to good transport links, attractions and places to eat and drink. Beds were a little hard but this is personal preference and the rooms quite warm but we just opened the window. Would stay again. "

I appreciated them when I was struck in Berlin due to the train strikes as they were very helpful when I requested to extend my stay for a night.
