"We visit Warsaw often from the US and only stay here. The staff and service is impeccable. Furthermore they have great amenities especially for children. Location is perfect. We have already booked our return. "

"Great location and beautiful lobby area. The gym and sauna is a bit outdated and the staff aren't there in the morning (until past 10) to turn the sauna on. Rooms could use a little bit of updating but overall a very nice stay and would recommend. "

"I stayed in a standardroom on the 36th floor. I liked the amazing floor. The room is not spacious but functional. The is a big bed. Bathroom is rather small with a bathtub in which you must stand to take a shower. I used breakfast 1 time which is rather expensive but with a wide selection. There is a swimming pool too which is used 1 time. The hotel is located very central next to Warsaw Central Train Station and a big, modern shopping mall."
