Even though the hotel was very close to all the attractions, the area was not very good. The floors in my room were so dusty that I didn't want to take off my shoes. Breakfasts are very simple. The price is very high for this hotel.

The room did not have a micro-fridge or anything to that nature. The ice machine was on a totally different level if we wanted to use that. Also, the only microwave available was down the hall. Not convenient at all!!!

Lovely hotel - very helpful staff, particularly Deann at the front desk. Nice breakfast, including hot food, unusual for a US hotel. Also, excellent downtown DC location - walking distance to Penn Ave, the Capitol, Mall, museums, and lots of restaurants.

Excellent location. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms and public areas. Comfy beds and excellent shower. Staff were all fabulous from the excellent and helpful valet staff to the front desk staff and the breakfast staff and housekeeping. I highly recommend! One of the elevator was out of service one day which made logistics around breakfast time challenging. Luckily the elevators are very very large and easily fit 10 people. They had it fixed later that day! Also like the adjoining Irish Pub...also great staff and food.

This was the perfect place to stay for our short site-seeing visit to Washington DC. It's within walking distance to a lot of different things, the staff is friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely time there.

This is a very busy hotel in the heart of DC Chinatown. The staff is incredibly friendly, the free breakfast buffet hit the spot, and our room was clean and quiet.

We came back to our room and the toilet was over flowing. They had maintenance up in about 5 minutes and fixed it and cleaned up the area. This was around 10pm. Will definitely be going back.

Staff was rude when I checked in and then the beds were the most uncomfortable I ever slept in. The breakfast food was not great the oatmeal was so watery. Also in the room the outlet cover was missing and having exposed wires

Like any big city, they have there general issues when you are out there walkong around the streets. The hotel is great, people were friendly and it was comfortable. Less than 2blocks from Capitol One arena
