"We chose the property because it had space available last minute for a spontaneous trip to Santa Cruz. The location was a nice short walk to downtown and several nice restaurants. The room was clean and nicely appointed. We only spent one night and did not use anything else on the property other than the room. We did notice that there were people partying and making a lot of noise. It didn't bother us because we were far enough away. I don't think anyone was supervising the property to make sure other guests weren't inconvenienced. If you are looking for a quiet place, this may not be your best choice."

"Amazing location one block from the beach! We usually rent VRBOs but for the low cost and location, this place was amazing. It isn’t super fancy, but it is very clean and well-maintained. Great location! I spent 3 days on the beach and had a long beach walks every morning. Will stay again. "
