"The staff are friendly and helpful but the room is kind of gross. Shower curtain needs to be changed, or at least washed. Mattress cover is worn out and bumpy. Pillows are very flat and uncomfortable. Pillow cases are grayish-yellow instead of white. Fan on the ac won't turn off. No elevator. "
