"Clean, Safe, and Comfortable. Great Staff with refreshments offered in the lobby. Having a small restaurant in-house for good food was def a plus as well. Parking was safe with Valet and offered without for less. Worth the peace of mind. Thank you! We’ll stay here again if we have an opportunity."

"Good place to stay! Staff very nice! Only issue is that it can get a little noisy but that’s expected as it’s by downtown. Stores and restaurants nearby, breakfast buffet was impressive! "

"Excellent from start to finish! Check-in process efficient, room was spotless and VERY comfortable, WIFI worked great, elevators were fast and smooth. Only downside was VALET-ONLY parking ($59). Hotel is a 2-block walk from 16th Street Mall and 20 minute walk to Union Station. We'd definitely use this hotel again. "
