"Hotel is clean and comfortable! My kids love the big tub that can enjoy hot springs in room. It locates in mid level so it’s quiet at night. It is around 30 mins away from the airport, but only taxi can reach there, no other public transport available. If you want to go to night market, the closest one is ChongLi 中壢night market, which takes around 20 mins by car. All the hotel staff are very helpful. It is a very enjoyable stay. "

"Our high floor King room was beautiful. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The free shuttle is a little confusing to book. I reserved the free shuttle to AND from the hotel about a week in advance. They did not send any kind of confirmation, nor give information on where to meet the shuttle. And when the time had come, they only booked me for shuttle to the airport. Which was unfortunate because Ubers were $50USD for a 5 min drive."

The hotel location was very convenient for transit and local shopping. There have been some reviews about crime in or around the hotel but I didnt experience any of that. I was able to walk around alone around midnight and didnt feel unsafe. Now, walking around at midnight may not have been a good idea but I didnt see or experience anything that made me feel uncomfortable. Lastly, my family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property and would stay there again. "
