"Staff friendly and helpful.
Convenient to have parking within the hotel complex - public transport at front door also.
Extra star would have been given if LF/GF options available with breakfast.
Some disruption due to renovations in building during stay, but well managed."

"Honestly, the standard of cleanliness & service matched that of a 5* hotel. The staff were really welcoming & friendly so check in/out was seamless. My room was absolutely spotless & I had the best nights sleep on that super comfy mattress! It was also surprisingly quiet for the location. The attention to detail was impressive. There’s even a folder with the menu, general info & a list of local attractions & eateries which would be perfect for travellers unfamiliar with the area. I highly recommend this hotel & I’ll definitely stay again!"
