"The welcome drink, free lollies, ice pops. lol amazing. Loved the room, so handy for self catering, clean modern room. Only drawback the view but nothing that can be done about a block of flats opposite lol. Just make sure you pull down the privacy blind. Unless you want to give a free show. Whatever floats yah boat ! Pool looked great but was a bit chilly when we were there so didn’t use it . Great location, not too far from South yara station and only 2 stops from flinders station. And free transit for December and January beacause of the metro west tunnel opening! Will defo stay there again. "

"Everything was excellent except that i booked for 3 people i I got a room with one bed. But a small single bed was brought in after i requested it."

"The staff upon arrival were lovely, prompt & very helpful when checking in which is always a great cirst impression! Our room was even better than the photos suggested, bigger too. Great comfy bed & pillows with a lovely lounge area to chill out & get ready to head out for the evening. It’s the second time we have stayed here & will continue to keep coming back along with being close to cafes & restaurants for the next mornings breakfast! Thanks again, see you soon."

"The whole trip was V good, from the hotel secure the car park, the friendly and efficent reception staff and of course the rooms which were great. Have stayed here on many occassions and appreciate the central position and the whole hotel vive Thanks"

"Large, clean, spacious rooms. Was great to have cooking facilities in the room, local shops less than a 5 minute walk away. Easy walk into SwinBurne University for the course. Catch the train from Skybus to Glenferrie Road Hawthorn (easier than tram). As I stayed longer for a week, had a lovely welcome present of snacks and room serviced. Would definitely recommmed. "

"The staff were very accommodating of a change in bed formation and allocating a parking spot. We arrived after reception hours and everything was in place as per their instructions. The room was clean, comfortable and exactly as described."
