"I was honestly moved by the level of service at this motel. The rooms are recently redecorated, modern, and clean (much of the furniture having been built by the owner and his family). The owner stayed up late to welcome us when we arrived, laid out a tray of snacks for us, stocked the fridge with cold water, and the next morning made us coffee. The shower had good warmth and water pressure. The air conditioning worked well. The only thing I'd change is to make the bed more firm - The soft mattress topper felt comfy to lay back onto but was a bit hot to sleep on."

The staff was very nice and capable. About that clean room, I note that even though I didn't have a pet, I was given a pet friendly room, since all the no pet rooms were taken. And the room I got was still perfectly clean. "
