"Actually we booked for a King bed upon arrival at the front desk, the lovely lady at the front desk appologises for the changes made instead of having a king size bed, they got a queen bed, and also offerred free breakfast the next morning, my parner & i didnt mind, we just took the room and we loved it, i would like to thank all staff for their smiling faces that served us during our stay at the hotel 😇😇 hats off to you all "

"The construction works next door unfortunately ruined it as the noise in the morning was terrible…we did try to change rooms but it was booked out Our bad luck I suppose "

"The Hotel is a lovely 5 star. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and also the breakfast. There is parking and a lift up to reception."

"Free unsecured monitored safe parking on site. Room looks like it was recently updated with quality fixtures and fittings Staff were very friendly Shops 5 min drive 20 min walk Close to Penrith Panthers Club spoiled for restaurant choices and fun activities for young an old like lake golf. Children can challenge parents to see how far they can hit. There ie even a MacDonalds and yummy Krispy Cream Donuts near by. "
