"Staff was good, specially Linda. She was very helpful and guest caring. Property is good. But worst thing that Heating was not working, staff moved me to another room but nothing happened. It was very cold then they gave me a small room heater to survive. Balcony is just to show, it was locked and no access."

"My room was clean, my disability bathroom was dated but welcome. The bed was average, poor support mattress. Bed dangerous on its wheels without stoppers, as it moved the whole bed across the hard flooring,1st night nearly slid off when sitting to get into bed. I reported to reception staff as every time going to bed for 5 nights had to be extra careful that it didn't slide away behind me and I would have had further injuries.falling backwards to the floor. Breakfast was nice, but hot food was cold by the time it got to the table. Good location to the airport and public transport across the road. Shuttle service to airport or local bus an advantage. Walking distance to pub, shops etc. Would stay again for the convenience of its position."
