"Lovely stay, staff friendly and very helpful, we had an issue with our room quickly and smoothly room changed, New room clean and lovely only thing is room very hot fan supplied however cable so sort it wouldn’t reach anywhere near the beds and with the limited plugs. But this would not us staying in the future. Good choice of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water in the room. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best, the sausages appeared proper butchers nice ones, mushrooms lovely, even fried bread, fruit yogurt, pastry’s all lovely. Pool was lovely and wonderful addition to our stay, the only issue I have is I wished we stayed longer Thank you "

"Had the most amazing time at the Grand Hotel. Great value for money room with a sea view incredible choice at breakfast. Staff were all very polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be staying again in the very near future. The hotel is on the sea front near to the lanes and jewellery quarter plenty of bars and restaurants. Great place to stay "

"Great overnight stay with a complimentary room upgrade and drinks for our 30th wedding anniversary which was very welcome and unexpected. So good to be able to have a pie in and still make our flight !! "

"I felt really comfortable staying here! Great before my flight the next morning. I thought being able to control the lights with your phone was SO COOL! Bed was comfy. I was tripped out by the toilet and the shower being in the same area, but I heard that’s common. Regardless, it was still super comfortable and convenient. Will be staying here again! "
