"We stayed here for one night in October 2026. It was clean and convenient. The room was spacious - our favorite part was that the air conditioning went all the way down to 60 degrees so we slept beautifully that night! Definitely recommend!"

"Excellent Staff, very clean!!!!!!"

"Friendly staff."

"We needed a hotel that was safe, clean and affordable for a recent weekend in Knoxville and the Oyo hotel fit the bill! This is an unusual hotel with an unused water park in the center. If they e water park was functioning it would be pretty amazing. The hotel is in need of some updates but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is friendly and kind."
