"Hotel was excellent but the plus to staying at any Marriott is the personal touch. My wife chooses this hotel over any because they make the effort to put a hello Holly greeting on the television. The first five days we were called Lisa and the last six days we were Marianna. After spending 10k on the vacation it hurt her feelings. They gave a $250 credit but the damage was done."

"This was a great location and place for our party of 10. Easy walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. Loved the guest laundry and the kids loved the pool. Would definitely recommend staying here again. "

"It’s a really beautiful property, beach and the staff were very friendly. I was surprised how hard it was to get an hour extension on my checkout, which I didn’t end up doing as the front desk person sounded so negative about it. I used to work at a prominent hotel in nyc. I think the front desk staff could have been nicer considering what we are paying to stay there. "

"Lovely property had everything we needed. We had an ocean view, the staff was friendly, it is older but the pools were clean and beautiful with Hawaiian foliage and beach front Kaanapali. Liked that we had kitchen and laundry in our unit. Easy access to the island."
