Also, there is never anyone to talk to on the phone except for the ai Rita. Any time I asked for an operator it said it would be a very long wait. I feel I should be credited the last night, but I couldn't ever get in touch with anyone. "

"Staff was rude. Wouldn’t let us check in because one letter in our name was wrong. Rude awful experience. Keys kept deactivating. Booked an extra night and they forgot to change the dates so keys didn’t work and there was no reservation booked. This is the first review I I’ve ever left in my life and they absolutely deserve it. Horrible horrible experience. Don’t give them your money"
