"Over all a great stay, have been here before. They have a problem with their contract parking valet service. The automated notification system is either not being sent to the valet's or they are ignoring it. They tell you at check in you should expect an 8-10 wait from calling to delivery. That never happened, the valets were not aware of our request, they were disorganized and confused. On one occasion I talked with 4 different valets before they brought the car. At no time was the wait less than 20 minutes, even when we were the only ones waiting. The Bellhop that brought our luggage down admitted it was an ongoing problem that management knew about, but did nothing to correct. At $65/day to park, I expect better."

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. Walkable to restaurants, bars, river walk, park etc. They have valet parking which is nice but a bit pricey $48/night. The room was great. The bathroom was a little tight - there is no room to put clothes anywhere after a shower. I like the sink outside the bathroom. The ac worked nicely but was a little musty smelling. They offered free water, coffee, fruit and bicycles which I wish we had time to use. Overall a great stay and would stay again!"

"We stayed 3 nights while visiting the Savannah area. The hotel is very clean and easily accessible from the main roads. Parking is free. There isn’t food within walking distance but a short drive to fast food. Downtown Savannah is about 10 minutes by car. The breakfast was very good. Nice choice of items. There’s an indoor pool but it’s wasn’t very warm. I would have enjoyed an outdoor pool. We didn’t book the hotel until we arrived in Savannah and glad we made the choice. Downtown hotels look fun but for the price difference we enjoyed the Holiday Inn Express. We drove into town to enjoy the area and were also able to take short trips to Tybee and Hilton Head."
