"The front desk was very accommodating as the picture on the hotel.com website shows rooms with two queens and a pullout sofa, however that is not the case. They recommended asking hotels.com to please update their pictures. "

"The hotel and our room were immaculate! The pool area was pretty dirty though and the hot tub is broken and dirty. The location is convenieht but be aware that it's on a main street and pretty noisy. I stayed in Room 419 and it was just street noise. Other people stayed on the 6th floor on the opposite side of the building and were very unhappy about the loud music all night. All in all, a great stay and if the hot tub were working and that area cared for I'd give it 5 stars. We honestly purposely chose this hotel because my son really enjoys having a hot tub so that was disappointing to us. "

"The room was clean. The staff was excellent, especially Sherry who helped us with early check in and accommodated us even though our room was not ready. We did not visit the gym on this occasion. It's an excellent location for exploring downtown Savannah. "

"The bed was great. Slept great. The hall carpet was dirty. The couch was stained. Carpet in the room was worn. The elevator panel was unfinished. They charged 20 per night to use the parking lot. They charge for breakfast as well. For the price its a little too far away."

The toilet was running and the towel bar fell off the wall when I took a towel off it. The staff was pleasant though and the bar and outdoor seating was very nice. "
