"Room was decent. Great view and great location. Comfortable stay. The staff was all great. Didnt get complimentary breakfast, not sure if it was the way I booked or not. There was no microwave in the room and no locks on the bathroom door. Overall it was an ok stay. "

"The room was clean and the staff very friendly. I was traveling alone with three children and a dog and the valet staff kindly helped bring our belongings to the room and look after our vehicle during check-in. The cleaning staff made several attempts to refresh the room with clean towels etc while we were out * about which demonstrated excellent customer service. "

"The pool was so cold and now towels anytime we went. We were on the 24th floor so nice view, but the windows arent properly sealed so the wind howling all night kept my children and I awake. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The parking garage only has hotel access from level 2, so if you have to park on L5 its quite inconvenient for families with younge children (stollers, luggage, ect.)"

"Clean room. They clean it everyday unlike other hotels. Friendly stuffs. The bed is a bit cheap but this isn’t a hotel so its okay. Space is tiny but it’s right by the Davie street so I guess it’s okay. They give you both heater and the air conditioning so that’s good. I just wish the bed is a bit firmer or better quality if I have to complain. But overall I enjoyed the experience. "

"This is definitely a 2 or 3 Star Motel. All buildings are older and show sign of neglect (ie Broken Baseboards, Paint peeling on exteriors, old Window Shaker AC's etc). Everything in the room was clean and worked as it should. Linens were fine and Bed was comfortable, except that I hate those Little Pillows on a King Bed instead of having proper King size Pillows The Staff were friendly and helpful. The Parking Lot was very tight for my fullsize Pick-up. The Breakfast was a Cold Buffet (Cereal, Yogurt, fruit, juice) but did have Pre-Cooked Packaged Egg Muffin choices and Pancakes for Microwave heating. Overall, not a highly desirable Motel, BUT ... The location is convenient and for our 1-Night stay, it was a good value and we got exactly what we expected "

"We had a wonderful 4 nights at the Westin Bayshore. The location was convenient and so easy to stroll to various places like Stanley Park, Gastown, Robson Road shopping, etc. Staff were friendly and nice and the beds were comfy."
