"As someone who has never been to the UK, this was a nice hotel to grt calmy acquainted with it. No noise, no danger, and I learned a lot about the casual lifestyle of Londoners. The front desk was quick and helpful, the cleaning staff were polite, and the internet was easy to access and fast. I stayed for five nights with no problems! If you're coming from America, one thing to note is that there aren't any ice machines or water fountains in this hotel. But everything else is in tip top shape!"

Staff checking us in was excellent, listened to our preferences and coordinated our personal reservations with those of a tour we were linking up with. Breakfast options were too many to list here. They had everything for all tastes, literally. Absolutely love the scent of the lobby and main areas."
