When we arrived we thought it would be downtown but actually in a business district. Didn’t feel safe as there was a home in the glass entrance area. There was a pike of poop in the parking lot. The manager was very kind and cancelled our reservation and expedia refunded our stay. Read reviews before booking!

We did not stay. The neighborhood did not appear safe and didn’t want to have the car overnight and didn’t want 2 toddlers there. The outside of the building looked ok but once inside it was not taken care of very well. Run down and had a horrible odor.

my bathroom had breaker switches behind the bathroom door that anyone using the restroom could have touched, House safe is that when its right next to the shower. Everything felt dirty, the neighborhood was sketchy and felt unsafe. The rooms are run down, even the teal little blanket and pillows were missing. The actual bed pillows were so lumpy we had to run to target and buy our own. The entire hotel had a weird smell to it. The only think I enjoyed was the pool. But with 2 of us staying in a room we only had 2 towels. So my son ended up drying himself after the shower with the same towel he used to dry after swimming in the pool.

There was human poop on the sidewalk. There was a strong odor of sewer/feces in the hotel. Don’t even go to the pool area. Smells like feces there too. Water drips in room. Felt like I was sleeping in a sunken down section of the bed. Daughter was afraid of elevators. She thought she was gonna get stuck or something worse. Couldn’t even stay the second night the odor the was so bad. I even read comments, I called and asked about the smell that was posted they acted dumb. So we still went. Never ever again. Please do not stay here.
