"We booked this hotel because of its 9 star rating on hotels.com. We didnt stay on the strip because we were only going to be here 1 night. However, once we arrived, we were really impressed. They had free valet. The check in process was also very quick. The hotel was beautiful on the inside and made you feel like you were outdoors. We were very impressed by everything the hotel offered. Although we didnt have time to explore the entire hotel, we would definitely stay here again in the future. It also wasnt far from Fremont St. Better choice than staying on the strip! "
"Such a great family place and still getting adult time and ambiance. Only little complaint was a little more cleanliness detail to rooms. Under the dresser my baby pulled out used bottle tops and a hair tie. Very easy to see and get under there to clean. Also got no cleaning room service all weekend and asked for extra pillows and towels fhat never came. But wer truly had a great time. "
