"La amabilidad es escasa. Me sentí decepcionada. Pude ser atendida. Por tres personas a las que no se les percibe un poquito de amabilidad o preparación para atención al cliente. No saben ganarse un agradecimiento con su atención."

"Such friendly service checking in! Even asked if I preferred the first or second floor. Walking into our room, it was super clean and even smelled clean. Very spacious too. Comfy bed! The only downside was with all the guests, the floor made our kids feet black and we kept wiping them down. But it’s to be expected when you’re in a hotel room in a busy city! They can’t carpet clean every time. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, fruits, juices and you could make pancakes and a few other things. You’re just not allowed to take anything outside of the breakfast room. Friendly attendant overseeing the room too. The pool was refreshing and clean and warm. And it was nice to be able to pull up to our door and walk right in. Great stay. "
