"Amazing over night stay. Rooms fantastic and the food too. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place and will also come back myself. "
"We could park all day to attend the Wimbledon championships no problems at all. Room clean but could do with refurbishing. Would call it a guesthouse not a hotel but very good all the same"
"Terrible experience. Would not return. They need to fix their key machine bad. Lots of people with issues accessing their rooms. Room was very blah. Nothing special. Pay more and stay somewhere else."
"The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "

"We had a lovely time at the Rembrandt and we regularly stay there when we go to London, we paid an extra £20 to upgrade our room and it was worth it as the bed was so comfortable, we shall definitely return. "
"I was really impressed with the quality of this hotel. Only thing missing is a communal tap to fill a water bottle. The member of staff I asked, said the bathroom tap was my only option.
Overall an excellent stay in a very convenient location. "
"Myself and my adult child came for an extended London trip (16 days). We loved the Oliver Plaza Hotel. The location is ideal for shopping, museums, theatres, palaces and other sightseeing. Everything is either a short walk or tube trip away. The community is safe and quiet with lots of dining options nearby. The staff is very pleasant. The breakfast included option was a good value (especially by London standards). Our room had best hotel aircon I have every experienced (Cooling perfectly without chilling). If we come back to London, this will be where we stay."
"Quiet and clean. Negative, no breakfast, reception frequently unmanned - they need a bell not a phone number that goes to answer machine (don't they understand the basics of running a hotel?)"
