Rooms were clean, except for the carpet, which was old, looked dirty and needed to be replaced. The hotel was very hard to find as it was set back off the road it used as an address, and the street number was not posted anywhere. The sign was off-white letters on a light gray background... easy to miss. It was a 7/10 mile uphill walk to the Underground. The price was right.

Good location, close to services, very clean
Very clean room. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. Good tv. Bathroom with good shower and lots of tiles. Very quiet. Nearby bus routes. Only a 20 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station or a quick bus journey. Very good. Pillows could do with being refreshed as a bit thin.
