The staff are not very helpful i requested a cot on the booking i made qnd when i arrived for my stay with my 1 year old daughter was told on check in the room they had supplied was not big enough for a carry cot which they knew id requested i asked if anything could be sorted ie change room to which they said that was all they had which was completely unacceptable as my daughter had to to on a very high double bed which was very unsafe for her we needed to be up early as my daughter had a appointment booked for the next day to have neurosurgery i did not get the good nights sleep i need as i was up making sure my daughter did not fall off the high bed i contacted the hotel to complain and they have completely blanked me i would not recommend staying here

Hotel was great as we just wanted a room for one night and wasn’t intending to eat there or use any facilities which were limited as expected. Parking is road side so whilst not a problem for us, could be a concern for some.

The room that i stayed in no way resembled what the website depicted. I was put in a disabled access room (not what I booked) on the ground floor next to an emergency exit where people came in and out at all hours of the day and night. The booking stated breakfast included (it was not) and I received a less than friendly welcome at the desk from a lady that have me minimal information.

We stayed for 1 night. Comfortable and clean. There was metered street parking directly outside which was free overnight until 9.30am which suited us well, but would be inconvenient if we stayed longer. Found out later that there is hotel parking for additional cost.

I shared a double room with my husband, however the room to me was a single room with a double bed. Unfortunately on the first night staying in it, I banged my shin on the corner of the wooden bed base. This resulting in a large lump forming almost immediately. I then resorted to putting a towel over it so as not to do it again!!

Once we found this hotel, we enjoyed our stay (Google sent us down the street and we had to ask a nice resident for help). It's a tall building across from the cemetery (west of the hospital, not east). Staff was friendly and helpful. It was about a fifteen minute walk to the Tooting Broadway underground station. That worked well for getting into the city center of London (we also took a bus one day, but that took longer).

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. We were in room 1 which was a disabled room and the room itself was nice with a safe and kettle facilities but the bathroom was not in the best condition and was in desperate need of an update, with a mouldy shower curtain and broken support bars.
