Made to feel incredibly welcome. Property is in a fantastic location to walk to the many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops in Windermere. Room was big, shower was good and nice little seating area in the bedroom. There is a lovely lounge for guests to use, which we made use of after a nice evening out.

Cosy and adorable B&B

Super friendly and welcoming host, we had a wonderful time staying here. The guest house is in a nice location, which just takes 7-8 minutes walk from Windermere station. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and those breakfast options are all great, can’t wait to visit here again.

Great guest house in Windermere

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was large and spotlessly clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, very good quality food and served in a friendly manner. It was also great to have the guests lounge which we used several times. We were given all the relevant information for check in and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Holly Lodge and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Lovely place to stay. Our room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was wonderful with a good choice of food. The hotel is close to the village where there are lots of restaurants and about a mile and half from Bowness
