"Excellent service"

"The staff were lovely but there was a lot of renovations happening around the resort that we weren’t made aware of prior to booking. There was no gym at the resort due to this. The location of the property is great but the rooms are very dated. "

"Everything was amazing except for the parking! You’re sort of forced to get valet and pay the $80 per day fee. "

"Rent that car, park in public parking by the zoo, explore the island. Leave your liquids at home, they are provided and smell better than anything you have! Even sunscreen!!"

"I loved our stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise. The staff were so helpful and informative. Our room was clean and they made our bed daily and gave us fresh towels daily. Housekeeping was so kind and helpful as well. They also helped us on our last day when we needed someplace to change and clean up before our late flight and after their hours of room check out. "
