"I've stayed at Old Silk Appartments twice so far in apartments 8 and 9. Both I found spotless, white soft towels, comfy beds, tastefully decorated well maintained and adequately appointed. Large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob oven and microwave, basic set of kitchen utensils and a couple of pans adequate to cook something simple. "The rooms are well maintained clean and the ac works well. The bathroom is nicely layer out with instant hot water. Breakfast there is a choice of pastries cereals home made granola yoghurt and there is a breakfast menu to order from and cooked fresh in the kitchen. We didn't have time this time to try the spar out but maybe next time. We will definitely stop hear again next time we stop over in brum."

"The staffs were so kind and helpful, esp their Manager Edu. Our bathroom sink wasn’t draining well & he tried to fix it, but really needs an expert. Room was clean & decent size. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices, drinks & desserts as well. I’ll recommend this hotel as it’s a walking distance too to the city centre."

"Best stay I've had in a very long time, bed was super comfortable, air con was already on when I entered the room which was so welcomed (32 degrees outside!) "Fantastic place - the main house and grounds were absolutely gorgeous. Stayed in the new part of the hotel myself due to my lack of mobility - if i remember rightly, there weren't any lifts and l'd struggle carrying my bags up n down stairs. Lovely staff, nice pool, sauna and steam room. However, could definitely do with a relaxation area - some sunbeds around the pool perhaps. For a 3 star hotel, considering l actually believed it was 4, it really was exceptional value - great place to take your wife or girlfriend for a birthday surprise. Oh, also ample free parking - always a bonus, especially nowadays Highly recommended - Stace"

"We chose it b/c it was right across the street from Birmingham New Street train station - and have no regrets, since it was close to everything else. Had also dinner there, the food was good. The bedroom was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Nice experience overall."
