"Shops and sights were all in easy reach . Good place to get transport to station if needed. Air con was a little cool in March but at height of summer would be ok for comfort. Clean room and hotel."

"No atmosphere, allocated to a room in C wing in an ordinary hotel extension to the ‘prison’ building. Staff were helpful."

"Great location, big car park and handy that you can park outside your block. Nice large room that was modern and comfortable with a balcony and large bathroom. Suggestion would be hooks on bathroom door and bedroom door as no where to hang coats. Also the bedspread and display pillows need to be cleaned. Apart from that, 4 mins to Chipping Norton and 8 mins to farm shop, would stay again. Good for kids as could have close rooms. Thought lift was excellent and interactions that we had with staff were great. Did not purchase breakfast. "

"No Hot water on the first evening was told by the male receptionist that they would 'do something for me' but nothing appeared and then told they will get it fixed, Rang that evening as still no hot water and was told to let it run for 5 minutes but still nothing. final morning lovely hot water, no apology until I told the receptionist how frustrating it was. Room I stayed in had multiple issues including the mess on the ceiling, a broken slat in the radiator cover and a broken cover for the plughole in the shower that is quite a trip hazard"
