Well designed, neat rooms, with plenty of natural light and views out. Great location for shops restaurants sightseeing. The convenience store downstairs is excellent. No frills eg paper cups in room only, order in iron etc. so you’re paying for the things that matter.

It was a good stay in almost all material ways save the semi permanent protest area with chairs tables and protest signs as a result of employee firings at the main entrance. One should be aware that there may be a large protest against the hotel taking place at the one and only pedestrian entrance to the hotel on a day of your stay (as was my case).

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The staff was very friendly and I had my room cleaned everyday. They gave me complimentary water everyday as well which I liked. The location was also very convenient. There’s a bus stop really close and I was able to get to where I wanted to go pretty quickly and efficiently. The only issue I had was that the door sometimes didn’t close all the way, I had to double check a couple of times but this area is also very safe so I wouldn’t worry.

"Grand Hyatt Incheon was incredible! The staff is professional and speaks perfect English. We were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is spotless, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!"

"Super convenient for the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The shop in reception was really handy to get a snack and drink after arriving on a late flight when the bar and restaurant were closed"
