"I had a wonderful time at the Hotel Catalonia, I'm planning on returning to Mexico in the future, and staying at this resort again. There was always something to do, and always a friendly face around the corner. Loved the food and the drinks, and they worked so hard to keep the beach clean during seaweed season. I recommend this hotel to anything one who wants to enjoy a quiet day at the beach with tasty drinks, and a fun-filled night life that doesn't feel like spring break."

"We enjoyed our stay at this resort. There are a lot of amenities on this property and many excursions available around the area. I read reviews about seaweed on the beach and there is seaweed currently, but the staff makes a great effort to clean it up. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean, the snorkeling is great, and the pool is amazing! "
