Not a resort! Very disappointing. Avoid.
Bathroom smelled of sewage, presumably due to poor plumbing. No furniture on the balcony, and very little in the room itself. And the furniture that is provided is the same quality you’d fine in a college dorm room. No lounge chairs by the pool. Only 3 box shaped areas with crude metal benches that had cushions from a roller coaster. Not even subway or bus quality. Amenities at the beach feature just 2 hammocks very ill positioned. Not one of us (out of 5) could access the Wi-Fi. I ordered ice to have drinks in our room. At first, I was told “no” because the girl didn’t understand English. Then someone came up to the room and my wife explained the request. Eventually a boy brought up ice in a used plastic grocery bag, which they charged us for. Almost none of the staff speak English. Which is fine; this is Vietnam. But they are also extremely inept and lazy at doing anything. Typical situation of 12 people on duty and no one doing any actual work. Case in point, when we wanted to go for a swim in the ocean, there were no beach towels available. There had been plenty the day before. But it seems no one could be bothered to wash them for the next day. When we told them there were no beach towels available, they said “why don’t you just use your bath towels?”

Service quality has room to improve...
Pros - Good place for kid to play sands, feeding fish, swimming. - The villa is new, well maintained and also inside. - Wifi coverage is good. Cons - The hotel security refused to enter the hotel before 12:00 even we told him we just want to unload the luggage. But security still refused to open the gate. - Only Receptionist can speak English. When you leave the lobby, No English for any room service/restaurant/cleaner/even phone call. - Tableware is not good, all of them are made by melamine resin, this material will be poisoned when contain hot food. Of Course, it’s cheap. - Food menu is little selection, outside restaurant will be much much better. - Buffet breakfast is extreme simple. - Room cleanness needs to be improved, one of kid was sting by “Forcipomyia taiwana” when sleep.
