"The facility is a bit older, but it is impeccably maintained! My room was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The young lady working at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. She was professional, thorough, competent and helpful. They give you a two-page sheet loaded with very helpful information on local dining as well as dining inside the National Park.
I have two small suggestions for improvement. The lights in the bathroom sink vanity area are horrible. They are very dim. As a guy I was able to get my business done, but anyone need to see anything in the mirror is going to have problems. The other small issue is the beds only have a very light weight comforter on the beds. The comforter is so tightly tucked into the foot of the bed and are very short. It made it impossible to pull what covers there were up to stay warm.
I regret not taking advantage of the continental breakfast offered. I opted to go to the local Mc restaurant. I ordered the chain's two for $5 breakfast sandwiches. This location does not honor this option. It cost me $22 for two sandwiches and a hash brown! Take advantage of the free breakfast.
I will definitely staff here again! 😊 "
"Clean. Comfortable bed and room. Spacious. The staff are kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely want to stay here again when I visit the Grand Canyon. "
