Fuji is about 50 kilometers away and you can see it from a couple of train ride stops away whether permitting. "This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."

"二度と利用しない！台風が来てるのに、何故か部屋の窓はちょっとだけ空いてて、布団が湿っぽくなってたし、そのせいか蚊が何匹も部屋に入ってて、夜中息子も刺されたし、ホント眠れなかった。しかも上の階の宿泊客の足音や、何をやってたのか、物音が深夜まで続いていて、二重に眠れなかった。オーナーは中国人夫婦で、建物の一階に家族で住んでシェアホテルをやってるみたいだけど、その子供らの声も遅い時間まで聞こえていて、ちょっとゆっくり休めなかった。"

"It has a quality 4-star feel. We did the 40-minute private onsen and had one in our room. The buffet, including all you can drink, had a good variety of Japanese and Western options. It’s close to the pirate ship and ropeway if interested. Otherwise, it’s remote, but that was important to us. We’ll be back."
