"When we first got there, we had asked to switch rooms because the room we got was extremely small, and there were multiple things falling apart with the room. Once we upgraded our room, the room was perfect. It had enough space and seemed to be a more updated room. The staff was incredible and so nice and helpful throughout the hotel however, the check in staff weren’t very friendly (except for Laura). Overall we had a great stay"

"The property was very nice absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very attentive. What I found that I loved most was the fact that there was an emergency evacuation and the staff partnered with another Hilton Location helped to make sure we got there and took good care of us. This was unexpected and felt a little stressful but they made it a smooth transition."

"We had a nice stay,but because of the recent hurricanes, were unable you use the pool area for a couple of days. This is through no fault of the property. The staff offered us 2 free nights for a future stay,which was a good compromise. We appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff through this difficult time, and everyone worked very hard to clear the sand and debris from the pool deck. This was our second stay at the hotel, and would highly recommend it to anyone for the amenities, the helpful staff, the location and the lovely rooms. The food could be better..."
