I had a wonderful stay at Ani Plaza Hotel. It’s centrally located and walking distance to the Cascade and many restaurants/ cafes. They have an excellent breakfast buffet that makes the stay totally worth it. The hotel is a bit outdated but well kept and clean. Would recommend for an affordable stay in lovely Yerevan!

Very clean room. Friendly and professional staff. As a returning customer we were greeted with a free bottle of 20 years old Ararat Nairi brandy and sweets! The included breakfast is absolutely delicious and healthy. Will be back again!

Centrally located and convenient to many restaurants and points of interest. Most of the staff was nice, but seemed put out when you ask a question. Housekeeping and maintenance crew kept saying "no English" and never smiled or acknowledge you when you greet them.
