I liked the breakfast buffet; the room and the bathroom were very clean; the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. As I was changing hotels to attend a conference, they shuttled me over at no extra charge.

Spacious clean bedroom with strong shower water pressure; great staff from reception to restaurant to bar and housekeeping, very accommodating.

Excellent except for the breakfast the second morning (Friday). It seemed that the hotel had an offer for families with children for that night/morning, so quite a lot of noisy children around. Next to the hotel was Ambarrukmo Plazza, which was a great place for shopping and food. For sure a place I will return to. However, only CNN in Indonesian.

Beautiful, warm & comfortable stay
Hotel is beautiful & Super-clean. We were greeted by such friendly & warm staff & the quality of service was as fantastic throughout our entire stay. Even packed breakfast boxes for all of us as we have an early flight the next day. But the best part of the room is the King Bed. Luxurious bedding & perfect (huge!) pillows are the perfect things to come home to after an exhausting day out exploring beautiful Jogja. Huge mall opp is a bonus & just 15mins to the airport & the city. It's away from the hustle but still close enough.

今回は事前に確認をWEB掲載の写真だけでバスタブありと思ってしまい、実際には無く残念。他はチェックイン・アウトの際の荷物預かりなどスタッフの対応も良く、満足。但し、アメニティでひげそりがない・・・。
