"The room was clean and you have everything in the room. They have a multi-type USB charger if you forgot yours. The only bug is the window cannot be opened which is pretty understandable for high level floors, if you enjoy bento in the room that may leave odor with you for a long time. 1st floor has two drinking machine"

"This was our second stay at the Hyatt in Yokohama. The service at every level was excellent! The staff greets you at the door, takes luggage to the room where pajamas, slippers, robes, water, coffee, and tea are waiting. The waterfront, park and restaurants are two blocks away. Getting around was so easy by taxi and hotel staff translate your needs to the taxi driver. Everything was made so easy. Thank you everyone at the Hyatt Yokohama for making our stay in Tokyo so enjoyable."
