"A little birthday weekend away with our two spaniels and what a fantastic place. This is obviously someone’s home it was perfect. It had everything. From fold up tables to eat at if you didn’t want to use the breakfast bar, to recliner chairs and sofa. The whole house was spotless and we felt welcome from the moment we received the arrival instructions from the owner. "I believe shops were near by but I didn’t need to go shopping, I gave cleanliness 3stars I believe it could improve especially under furniture I.e under the bed. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay, it was quiet, safe, I was sent clear instructions of how to the property safely, it serves its purpose! I will definitely stay again in the future. "

"Lovely, clean apartment. Excellent and prompt communication via telephone. Spacious and modern. Only downside was parking, there are 11 spots for 20 units, not advertised on expedia. You didn't find out til after pre check-in which caused some headache. But when we got there, parking lot was empty so we were able to park. If you have big cars, I'd choose elsewhere because it has a vey narrow entrance and tons of pillars for a small area. Would recommend though."

"The Queens Hotel is in Leeds city centre so it is accessible to everything there. We got the train to Leeds and it is virtually next door. The hotel is art deco style and we loved it. We paid for an upgrade to get a room with a view of the square and the room was great with its own settee and coffee table too. The staff were friendly and helpful too."
