Historic building makes the stay more unique. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and lots of grounds to explore. We only stayed one night and checked in late so did not spend as much time as we would have liked. Would recommend for a relaxing hotel stay.

Somehow the street right outside the hotel was blocked off so the area was really quiet at night which was good. Located within 5mins of the train station and 10mins off the main shopping and walking district.
Air conditioning in room was abit on the warm side though.

I spent 2 nights, attending a family birthday event. It was all quite pleasant, and the staff were welcoming. The food was pretty good, although fairly limited in range, particularly for vegetarians. I have no reservations in recommending this hotel. It is a little out of Yarm (the nearest town), and public transport is not available, so reliance on a car or taxis is required. (No buses serve Yarm railway station, which needs addressing by the local authority.) Warm itself is a charming...
