"Clean large room with comfy bed and bedding. Good tea and Coffee facilities, exceptional shower - this was very welcome. The Spa was great, had a lovely Elemis Facial/ Sadly the food was not great, the Belly Pork and mustard mash for my evening meal was very very dry, tough and very chewy. The restaurant area looks like it might be having a upgrade, perhaps better to try once upgraded. Breakfast was served in the room and was very good, although I did receive the incorrect cereal, but did not complain as was in a rush. I would definitely stay there again, but probably on a bed & breakfast basis rather than half board."

"For the price, this was a fantastic room. The option to cook a meal and wash clothes right in your room is a great upgrade for paying the same price as a basic room elsewhere. The cost of that is the security deposit, advertised as £100 when I booked but actually £200 when I got to the check-in desk (this is apparently a recent change, and they reduced my deposit immediately when I pointed out the discrepancy - but this probably won't last for long). "
