"The hotel looks really run down and I felt I've been overcharged for it. Our room is outside reception, behind a bar. On our first night, people were playing pool, too noisy. On our second night, which is a Friday, a band played all night and the noise carried on until 5am. "

"I am a disabled man, when I arrived at hotel, I was told the third floor was my room, the hotel receptionist told me the elevator is not working and I’ll have to take the stairs. Because I couldn’t climb the stairs because of my disability I could stay there. I contacted hotels.com and advised of my situation, they told TO BAD and they won’t refund me! "

I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit.
