"Had an excellent stay back in November 2025; surrounding landscape was absolutely beautiful, with tea plantations and mountains as far as the eye can see. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. "

"About 40-ish minute drive from Alishan national park. The staff were very friendly and responsive! We had a problem with a smell coming from the toilet, but the staff fixed it right away. The rooms were a bit cold in January, but otherwise, beautiful room. We had complimentary, high quality mountain tea that the staff prepared freshly for us. Overall, great time and would book again."

"花了將近5000元住到這種品質的飯店我也是醉了，隔音極差，房間有異味（靠近床邊仔細聞還有蟑螂的味道），廁所發霉、水垢，洗髮精不知道是不是過期還是怎樣超級強烈的怪味，團體客又超級吵，早餐是我這輩子住過的飯店裡最差勁的菜色，真不懂這樣的飯店為什麼有辦法繼續營業下去，還打著阿里山的名號一整晚都被隔壁的電視聲轟炸，完全無法休息。"
