Great

Felt really new. Very comfortable rooms.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff .

Top notch service. Very thoughtful complimentary buffet and bar counter for hotel guests.

Clean, decent breakfast, water refilling stations. Lifts ever slow.

Noisy AC, no free water bottle, iron board use limit 30 mins, bring own dental n shave kit, same daily breakfast, executive room.

We arrived early in the morning and asked on the possibilities of an early check-in which the staff immediately offered to help check. While they were doing so, we waited at a sofa in the corner and they asked if we would like to get a drink to keep warm. We declined the offer, but was impressed by their hospitality. The room was made available after some waiting and we managed to check in. The room size was comfortable and was warm throughout our stay. The bedroom slippers were a great to...

The hotel is relatively new in the area and it is in a pretty prestige condition. One thing that probably need improvement is the time taken for someone to pick up the phone from the reception.

The room is bigger than expected and check in is quick. They have 2 property opppsite each other, with the latter just using card access for entry though they do have cctv monitoring it. But door close within 2 to 3 sec after entering hence it is pretty safe for solo traveller.

Excellent breakfast
