Rooms were brand new, modern, and super clean. The staff was meticulous with every detail, and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast every morning was a delicious spread of local cheeses and homemade pastries. This is a true 5star experience. Thank you Hôtel Eden Wellness!!!!!

Could not have had a better experience at the Hotel Eden Wellness, and would recommend to anyone visiting Zermatt. The room was perfect with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Moreover, the room was perfectly setup for skiing, with places and shelving to store dirty shoes, wet jackets and gloves, and all sorts of other items. Finally, and best of all, the staff are all extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure my wife and I had a greaty stay. They even packed us a small "to go lunch" when they found out we'd be checking out for an early train on our last day.

I had a pleasant stay at Eden Wellness. The staff were friendly. The facility and rooms were clean and beautiful with a mountain view of Matterhorn. The breakfast menu could improve. Overall great stay.

Great mountain get away
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel: staff was always super nice, since picking us up from the train station until dropping us off the day we left. We liked the bedroom and the view and enjoyed seeing all the different ways the Matterhorn looks during the day. The pool was also nice. Location is great, both in Summer and in Winter, because it sits about halfway between the lifts to go up to the mountain. It has plenty of restaurants nearby, but our room was very quiet.

Hotel Eden was very central in the town of Zermatt. All the employees at Hotel Eden were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Rooms were clean. The pool and spa amenities were also great after a long day of hiking.

I have been to zermat many times and I can’t believe this was my first time staying at Eden. By far the best hotel in all of zermatt! The property itself is beautiful. From the moment you walk in they are there to greet you and answer all your questions. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Every morning breakfast was included and the food was amazing. One of the many stand out things for me was the staff would walk around to each guest at breakfast to check on their experience and to answer any questions like where the best place to ski is that day. We rented skis next door and we were able to store our stuff in Eden’s ski locker which had boot warmers so the next day you step into toasty warm boots was fantastic. The beautiful pool and spa area was nestled downstairs and was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Hotel Eden will be the ONLY hotel I will go back to in zermatt! It felt like home and I can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful property with amazing staff and service. Rooms were classic alpine style but well kept and very cosy. The highlight was the gorgeous view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Excellent breakfast buffet with hot and cold foods. Ski room and locker provided for winter sports. Spa and sauna were lovely after a long day on the slopes. Excellent central location, walkable to all ski resort access points and central to the town, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Highly recommend!

Hotel was in a nice part of town (off the main street so it was quieter). Our room was large with a comfortable bed, pullout couch, a deck and a view of the Matterhorn. The hotel also had wonderful staff and good Swiss breakfast. The pool and sauna was also nice after a day of skiing. Our only negative comment is that our room was too hot - the heat was constantly on and not adjustable so we had to sleep with the exterior deck door open some nights.

Hotel Wellness Eden is perfectly situated in zermatt, a short walk to town and the free ski bus which takes you to the ski areas in less than 5 minutes. The staff and service is exceptional and friendly, and the Mountain View room has a gorgeous view of the Matterhorn. Pool, spa and ski lockers make this the perfect place to stay — and the breakfast buffet is healthy and delicious!

the hotel has a good location, is a cute hotel but the bed made me have back pain gor weeks! I think is the worst bed I ever laid down!!! I understand that is not USA, but come on! europe can buy good beds and towels in China or anywhere!!! the towel as well is soooo badd!

Ich würde auch 6 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte! Die Auswahl fiel aufgrund der chic aussehenden Zimmer und den Wellnessbereich auf das Hotel Eden in Zermatt. Bereits im Vorfeld unserer Reise hatten wir bereits sehr freundlichem Schriftverkehr mit Frau Aufdenblatten und bekamen vielfältige Tipps mitgeteilt. Die Abholung vom Bahnhof mit dem niedlichen Elektrokleinbus war pünktlich und reibungslos. Der Empfang beim Check-in freundlich, schnell und gleich mit einigen Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten am aktuellen Tag versehen. Sofort fiel uns der modern, chic und gemütlich gestaltete Aufenthalts-/Lobbybereich auf. Die geschmackvolle Abstimmung von Grau- und Türkistönen, gemischt mit Holz und sehr schönen Designer Lampen ergibt eine absolut stimmige, moderne Interpretation des Chalet-Styles mit einem unheimlich gemütlichen Flair. Wir konnten direkt bei Ankunft unser Zimmer im 4. Stock beziehen. Das Zimmer ist PERFEKT! Ich bin viel gereist und habe viele Hotels gesehen und kann mit voller Überzeugung sagen, dass ich selten ein so schönes Zimmer und noch nirgendwo ein so tolles Badezimmer gesehen habe. Auch hier war das Gesamtbild gemütlich, modern, edel und hochwertig und sehr stimmig.

Nach einem kurzen Telefonanruf wurden wir am Bahnhof durch das hauseigenene Shuttletaxi abgeholt. Freundlichst wurden wir Willkommen geheissen. Durch die Hotelangestellte an der Reception wurde uns eine kleine Führung im Hotelzimmer sowie eine Erklärung der Wellness und Badeanlage bekannt gegeben. Wünsche über Reservierungen in Restaurants im Ort oder Informationen jeglicher Art wurden uns erfüllt. Schön hergerichtete Zimmer mit Blick auf das Matterhorn
