Much better than expected
Refurbished, spacious, large desk, good bed, bathroom with bathtub, no carpet (good for tropical climate). Convenience store 24H open nearby. Good breakfast buffet with eastern/western options.

交通方便
離竹北車站很近 對面有個大停車場很方便 就算飯店車位滿了也可以停那邊 早餐簡單中西式自助吧 還算可以 不喜歡的話旁邊就有拉亞也很方便 隔壁是美聯社 711等等 要買東西也很近，房間有按摩椅雖是舊款但覺得很不錯!

環境不錯也便利，可能因爲週末人比較多，餐桌來不及整理消毒，早餐有些菜色比較油膩，但種類繁多，很棒！

rude night manager
the first night they told us to park in the underground parking, we did so the next day since we were not told any different, we got phone calls repeatedly that woke my wife, two small children, and myself up at 9:30 at night, from a very rude night manager that failed to even apologize, to move our car. I have a very difficult time falling asleep and could not get back to sleep till 1:30am. Need I say that it ruined our next day. Overall it was a nice stay. Thanks

Okay place to stay staff was very nice. Breakfast was poor need to get 3 cups to get a drink the cups are tiny. Warning if you leave the air con on the cleaning staff will turn it off and open the window, came back to a hot room everyday. If you can wait till about 10 am before you leave the staff will have cleaned by then and you can keep the air on. Overall not a bad place to stay but nothing fancy.

Great location and good breakfast
The room was small but comfortable for two people. If you have kids, it will be too tight. We arrived and found there was water on the bathroom floor. Notified the front desk and they sent someone to clear it up. The breakfast was included and with many variety choices. I do love that a lot. The location is great! Near the Chu-Pei train station. It's about 3-5 minutes walking distance.
