Issues: 1- The air conditioner makes very loud noises (it shakes the bedroom windows, very scary) and switches from heating to cooling. 2- They don’t bring you clean towels, even if you put them on the floor. "O conforto e a localização do hotel são dentro do eaperado para tal categoria. No entanto, tive problemas com a camareira (ou com o standard de atendimento de servico de arrumação), dado que as loucas fora recolhidas para lavagem mas nao retornadas ao quarto. Acheina quantidade de louça insuficiente para um casal no quarto. Por fim, a linha de higiene pessoal cortesia do hotel deixou muito a desejar, é de 4a ou 5a categoria."
