Great location in Langstrasse! This is exactly what I was looking for. Close to the social nightlife, walkable everywhere, friendly staff, bar in the hotel that gets hopping at night. Restaurant Neni in the hotel as well!

I stayed at this property a few times, overall love the location and closeness to train station, however the street has a lot of bars and tends to be super noisy when you have a room facing street.

Pros: good walkable location. Nice size and nicely designed room. Cons: My room on the 7th floor was unbelievably hot (in February). The temperature control does nothing; I had the window open during the days and a fan on, but at night due to traffic noise it was necessary to close the window. With the window closed, it quickly gets stuffy and very hot with no air circulation. I was also locked out of my room twice on the morning of checkout which was profoundly irritating. Staff are a mixed bag. Not asked how my stay was as i was leaving so no chance to give feedback in person.

This hotel is for people who likes to party and is located near the red light district in Zurich. Felt unsafe walking back hotel at night, always a bunch of druggies or weird looking people. Even a strip club at the corner. Not my kinda place. Friday night party noises to the max. Room very dimly lighted. Not suitable for us in our 40s. Lotsa broken bottles and glasses along the street after a night of party. It’s quite a long walk to the Zurich HB also. I booked a large room, it’s was large but my room has no view. Very disappointed. No daily room service and have to ala carte ask for room service. Troublesome and they missed out of things that I need. For the same price, I would recommend living somewhere in the Zurich main town area. I’m not sure what’s the rave about the reviews, guess it’s just not suitable for people like me who prefers safer and quieter hotel

Hotel offers plenty of amenities, has a nice sized and functional bedroom. Courteous staff and quick to respond to requests for the room. The location of the hotel is most appreciated. Walking distance from the train station and to most tourist places. No need for airport transfers as there is a train from the airport terminal to the main train terminal - vice-versa. There are also nice places to eat and drink around the hotel but no need to go far as the hotel has a lively bar and cozy restaurant.

This property has some great pluses with a complimentary mini bar, rooftop views, nice sauna and is walkable to the train station if you’re taking day trips from Zurich. Also the soaps and body creams are so nice! The added extras are definitely a nice touch. The first night our air conditioning stopped working so we had to pack all of our stuff up and move to another similar room. Our second room was a bit more worn which was disappointing. We also asked for room service one day and when we came back around 7pm our room hadn’t been cleaned. They were able to do it right away but meant we had to go out again after a long day when we were looking forward to relaxing. If we didn’t have these few minor issues I would definitely rate it a 5. I would recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Zurich.

The area the hotel is in is a little sketchy, just around the block working girls doing business but area was clean, not a lot of traffic so not a problem but could be at night. The hotel was nice, clean, rooms large and comfortable. The restaurant was good and so was the bar but limited dining within walking distance.Really let’s talk about your sister hotel in Paris across from the Garde de Nord, I almost chose that hotel for our Paris stay but the area changed my mind ended up at the Hyatt Regrncy Etoile. 25Hour in Paris well let’s say the location is more than a little unsafe. Pick pockets galore, the area is dirty, traffic is horrible, homeless people and hustlers on every corner. Yeah it’s great if you like seedy bars, cheap food, fast food or need to get to the train station quickly but Lord outside the doors of the hotel or train station it’s like running the gauntlet and there is no prize at the end…well not getting mugged might be considered a prize.

The staff lied about the cost of breakfast. Almost 85 bucks for a croissant and a coffee. At check out when you see the actual cost, they say that we had to pay the higher rate since we didn't make reservations with the front desk the day before. We were charged twice at this rate when we were told a different price. It didn't feel like an innocent mistake either. It was like a well-rehearsed line. Very noisy area of town.

Loved the hotel. It was quirky and fun but at times I felt it was style over substance. I would have preferred a chair in the room over the various toys around the place. I didn’t like that housekeeping could turn off electricity in the room. I came back to find devices left to charge hadn’t charged. Staff were friendly and great.

Unique setup in an eclectic part of Zurich. Staff was great. Hotel lacked setting up tours or drivers but very helpful and offered free access to minibar (water, coke, couple of beers).

Great hotel. Location is close to the train station so very easy for day trips in the area. Not far from the old city. Everything is about a 10 to 20 min walk. Hotel was clean. Staff are friendly. Our room had nice very large bed (almost a king). It had two separate comforters and the mattress was very firm. It was great for two people. Shower and WC are separate and both good. Hotel rents bikes which is convenient. Overall would recommend to anyone staying in zurich for a few nights.

The only downside I found was it was a little to far of a walk from the train station, especially with all your bags and being unfamiliar with the city. Dont forget the packable fan.

The place looks great, the rooms are very well designed and sleeping there is really comfortable, and also very quiet at night. However the service at the reception is terrible: poor explanations, no clarification of the booking made (what’s included or not), no umbrellas when the book in the room says there is… I ended up paying extra money because of poor service.

Wonderful place to spend a couple of nights
This was so much better than the usual bland anonymous city hotels. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the included mini bar was very much appreciated. Late checkout was arranged without any difficulty, and they even provided little maps of local running routes. Room and common area had a lot of interesting details

Highly recommend! Staff are very friendly. If you are traveling and arrive early, they will hold your luggage for you! It’s a little quirky and off beat, but that is what we loved about it! If we are in Zurich again we will definitely be staying here again!
