The location is really good, close to the metro and city center.
Check in was OK, I arrived early but wasn't allowed to check in but was able to leave my bags while I went for food.
The room was OK initially although it seemed smaller than on the pictures and the balcony wasn't great.
The bathroom was reasonably clean but shower was small and a squeeze to get through the door. I kept scraping my head on the rail getting in and out. Hair in the plughole suggested cleaning could be better.
There was an overpowering smell of sewerage from the drains in the bathroom. Running water in the sinks and flushing the toilet did not clear the smell.
We went to reception and no-one was there so spent all morning waiting for someone to turn up. When the staff eventually showed we were told we couldn't move rooms. The staff knew there was a drain problem because went straight to the cleaning cupboard and got disinfectant to pout in all the drains. It made no difference. We started feeling sick and getting headaches.
Every day we went to reception to try to move rooms and there was never anyone there.
I the end we just bought loads of air fresheners and left the bathroom door closed all the time with a wet towel on the floor to try to seal the smell in.
All in all a terrible experience and extremely poor customer service.
