Nice staff assisted in check in and bringing up baggage. Arrived early so left baggage with front desk. Bicycle rental is cheaper here than in town. Room clean and air conditioned.

We had an amazing stay in Hoi an at the TNT villa. It was perfectly located, and quiet at night. The pool was perfect for a swim after a hot day of wandering around the town. The rooms were great. The breakfast was good. The staff is friendly and kind. We will definitely stay again.

We loved this hotel! Staff were so friendly and helpful, they gave us plenty of information for our stay in Hoi An. We loved the breakfast and the pool area. Our room was clean and tidy, everything we needed for such a good price. Highly recommend staying here, in the best location for Ancient old town Hoi An. Lots of food options just across the street too. We would stay here again for sure!

In Hoi An, we chose a casual, local-style hotel instead of a resort, and it was absolutely the right choice. We stayed in the building farthest from the street, and it was wonderfully quiet despite being close to town. The property isn’t new, but it’s cozy and full of character. Outside our window was a courtyard with trees loaded with fruit and a small pool, and just outside the door was a charming old-town street. Wherever you looked, you could enjoy the cute, unmistakable Hoi An vibe. The shower was comfortable with good water pressure and a stable temperature. Amenities are fairly basic, though, so it’s a good idea to bring your own or pick some up locally. Even though the hotel was quite busy during our stay, the staff were always friendly, cheerful, and attentive. With its convenient access to the Old Town, this hotel offers outstanding value for money.

Ann at the front desk was amazing. She incredibly helpful to us. Helping us book our tours and making recommendations for us. Always remembering our names. So very personable and for two well travelled ladies in their early 60’s , we certainly appreciated the customer service. TNT is a quaint little Villa. It has everything you need. In saying this, it is a Villa… not a hotel! If you need anything you just WhatsApp them and they come right away. Great location as it is about a 10 minute walk to Old Town but a fun walk. All the staff was great and very friendly. On a side note, you will get free water everyday and there is water to fill your bottles in the eating area but if you want anything from the mini bar like a tiger beer, you do pay on the way out. It is extremely reasonable. Of your looking for the Hilton, this is not for you.. it’s quaint and peaceful. We will be back..

The rooms are really well designed, with a gorgeous bath and an external basin with mirror outside of the main bathroom and shower area, as well as a verandah overlooking the lovely pool area. The staff are fantastic, they are all so friendlyband attentive. The villas are located in a perfect area of Old Town, it's quiet enough that you don't hear the traffic noise, and just a quick 5 minute walk down the road and you find yourself un the middle of the beauty of Old Town. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

The staff were so very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a good size. The bed so very comfortable and big. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was within short and easy walking distance of all the main town centre attractions. I would most definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was good. The swimming pool was a nice touch and location is walkable to most of the city tourist spots. The rooms were surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the street. The breakfast was average.

Brilliant!

A lovely small but just right hotel. Incredibly good price but you don’t need a big Western hotel at those prices! Room was great and a good shower. A gorgeous garden/ pool area, to relax in after the bustle of the day, and great staff; helpful, good suggestions and met our needs. Breakfast was plentiful, variety and eggs cooked to order.

I like its peaceful and quiet location , yet being fairly close to the Old Town and the coin laundry. The receptionist was helpful in arranging local tours, airport transfer and recommended a repairer for my damaged luggage. The aircon and amenities was well maintained, however it was hard to put my toiletries properly as the giant faucet took up almost all the space.

Great choice for a Hoi An visit!

What a wonderful friendly hotel. From check-in when the desk spent time sharing excellent suggestions and information to assistance with your bookings , they were always available and helpful. Even offered to help find medication when 1 of us were unwell. Breakfast was excellent with fresh cooked options, beautiful pool and grounds. Lovely balcony to enjoy the evening. A great location for enjoying Hoi An.
